Perception & Distortion/DistortionImpossible

Perception & Distortion

They say that beauty
Is in the eye of the beholder
And I suppose that is true,
And you're the most beautiful thing I've beheld.

And perception is the way
That you see the world
Your very own distortion,
Things may not always be as they seem.

Distortion Impossible

So, perhaps the way I see you
Is a distortion of the truth.
Your loving eyes augmented by your caring heart.
Your stunning smile changed by your humor.

As beautiful as I see you,
It is impossible for it to be a distortion of truth.
No DISTORTION could create such Beauty
No, not even my imagination is so wild.
