Us Two

Prayer after prayer, my faith is yet grown
These valleys were once bare, but now flourish with moss
I was afraid to give in , I was tender I was soft
Purity of your love made me see and made me strong

So I walk again this path with shivering cold
Knowing you are away but I'm never really alone
Time is of the essence we are one, we are whole
Your love is my triumph and it's what leads me home

In my darkest hours I say a short prayer
No man is an island and I yearn to be there
Don't cry princess, yours is right here
You had it from the start, and I pictured you right there

Last day of my life, last day I'll draw my last breath
I see you smiling and I know I'll soon be at rest
Take my hand princess, travel with me again
To our perfect hideout, the confinement of our trust

Prayer after prayer, my faith is yet grown
A day spent with you is of golden deposits in worth*

I especially like this one because it is uplifting. And sure i love the romance in it, too. :) Extra special this one.
