A million words

by Tori Hicks   Feb 16, 2010

A million words
That I just cannot say out loud
Are flowing onto paper.
Even as I say them,
I feel like I've done something wrong.
But, then again,
I feel like I've done something right.
My muse for so long,
I hold tight to you still
For the fear inspiration may be lost.
To lose you
Is to lose myself
And I can't let it be.
Though you're far away
I somehow know that you'll return
And in my arms you'll stay.
