Hated

Don't smile like nothing happened
Don't pretend that we're okay
You lied to me and messed with me
And yet still I wanted you to stay

Everything in me
Wanted only you
The feelings weren't mutual
Yours probably weren't even true

Just a notch on your belt
A game that you won
Not caring that I was there
Just knowing I wasn't any more fun

You should've hinted
Or talked to me about it
I could've been more fun
And make you feel less crowded

It's far too late now
I'm nothing but your friend
I didn't have to be
But you wanted it to end

So now you're single and happy
I was just a game outdated
And ever though you mean a lot to me
In my mind, you are truly hated

*okay, I wrote this for my ex-boyfriend who dumped me 2 days before Valentines day, as well as the day after he told me he loved me. please comment? I'm trying to decide whether to give it to him or not.*

    This is a good poem. A lot of emotion but in my opinion don't give it to your ex bf. He might be happy to know you're in pain and dats sumthing u dnt wana let him know. Jus keep writing or talk to someone about how you feel that always helps.
