Betrothed Little Princess

by FlowerThatDied   Feb 25, 2010

Quiet dawn, moon drenched mist,
Dogged birds and rotten trees,
'Yond the sash window and burgundy drapes,
Shaking the spine at thought of such winter breeze.

Piano exhausted, awaiting dominating fingers,
Mine to perfect every fluid note,
'Yond the marble floor and Persian rug,
There are lovers to each other dote.

Drenching white lace, and a pleading four poster,
Shadowed from mine lovers sight,
'Yond the lace and racing maids,
Sordid secrets lie in the night.

Traitorous eyes, curling lips,
Promised wealth and betrothed,
'Yond my parents signatures is mine in blood,
As I stretch beneath my lover completely unclothed.
