I left my Heart on the sidewalk, stepped back and watched as each person walked by.
Memory stopped and gazed for a while at the sight of the beating object on the gravel, tried to touch it but hesitated from the thought of relapsing.
Pain came from the distance and I watched as each scar was revealed on the rhythmic muscle still laying there.
Silence approached and with the opening of his mouth tried to call for help but couldn't be heard, not even by the wind. With all three in company, delayed by one sight in which all there eyes were locked upon.
Without realizing Emptiness appeared taking up the most space of all, just to view this tragic scene. For the Tears that ran to have a glimpse, their were many, numbered by the Days that took time to drive by with Hours slowly behind. Yet with all this I sat there watching, with my Heart on that cold dry ground.

Till this day I'm still watching...
