Books

by Dan Bloom   Mar 24, 2010

I've just begun to actually be interested in books.
Paper has so many possibilities.
Screw trees, make more paper!
I use it to write music, poems, and make paper animals.
People need paper to write books.

Remember the book I wrote to you?
A Hundred Things I Love About You.
Took forever, but it is always worth the time
to tell you how much you mean to me.

You mean the world, the universe, to me.
What does that phrase even mean?
That I would even give you the universe if I owned it?
Well I would,
but first of all I don't own it,
and secondly, I'm sure it probably doesn't mean that.

Anyways, hopefully you understand you mean a lot.
