Mama, I love you

by Marcus blake   Apr 11, 2010

You make this place feel some kind of way
And I know I barley give you thanks
But today I wanna say
Thanks
Thank you for the meals
And thank you ma for the clothes
I know them sewing's took time
So I cherish them
And I'm glad there mine
You made me feel like I was number one
When I got good grades
And you always knew how to reward me
When I would behave
Mama
You like a apple pie to me
Sweet and pure
You make wishes come true on Christmas
And fill my belly on Thanksgiving
You give me all I need everyday
And you know to never forget about me on my birthday
God if I had any words to every describe you
I'm saying them know
And If I every, never thanked you
Then I'm saying it proud and loud!
MAMA!
Thanks for my soul
And body and mind
Thanks for looking out for me all the time
Ma thank you for packing me a bag of lunch each week
Thanks for always caring and loving me
You mean a lot more to me than this poem
Than the world and most definitely myself
Cause I'm glad you got to be my mom
I'd glad you gave me air to breath so I could speak and meet
All my friends...
You made all this possible
Cause I know it was like the impossible taking care of me
And I know I was fresh but you still treated me like I was the prince, princess
And I'm glad you never gave up on me
Mama I'm glad I'm happy cause
I have so much of you in me
And so much love for you
And I appreciate you ma in some many ways
So I wrote this poem to tell you
"I'll love you always"
