Leap not before the jump
Ease the pain before it sets
Anger will be all that you will feel if you don't
Sadness will always be there either way
Emotions will control you if you don't take control
Beware of all the fear that will grow within side of you
Endless nights all alone will make you want to go crazy
Sleep will not come so easy to you anymore
If you are even able to sleep at all
Lying down only to feel that you are awake
Enduring all of the good and bad memories
Never thinking that it should have been this way but
Time had other plans that just seem like it had to stay
Healing never all the way close shut
Easily being able to rip back open
And all over again it will feel like a fresh wound
Reliving all of your life's pain all over again
Thinking that it all will be over with someday
