Let me tell you a true incident that really happened with one of my school mate some time back, here the story...
One of my school mates got a friend thru the INTERNET and was having short term dealings thru the internet first, and then they exchanged photos, and phone numbers. And then they both started to meet each other personally. Later they went for shows, and parks. Both of them are Sinhalese. The girl trusted the boy very much, and the boy gave all false promises to her stating that he would surely marry that girl.
One day the boy took this girl to a lodge and stayed for few hours chatting. Later the boy started touching the girl on her private areas and started to make her sex feelings. The girl struggled very much not to do any mistakes, but the boy promised to marry her and made her more feelings in sex and finally did sexual intercourse with that poor girl in the same lodge. The girl cried very much as not to deceive her. The boy kept his promise many times.
The next day she was expecting a call from that boy, but there wasn't any call from him. And later the girl phoned to his cell phone, and found that the phone has been switched off. She tried calling the following day, and each and every day, but there was no reply, and the boy simply disappeared. It was a very big frustration. The girl cried, cried and cried a lot. It was only a trust she had with that boy and went deeply to whatever the boy offered. Finally it was the girl who lost her virgin as well as her reputation. Can she marry another person without any fear?? She lost her virgin, she lost everything, and she lost the trust and confident.
Now can you tell me?.. How can I believe any one without knowing deeply? How can I simply exchange the phone numbers? How can I give my photo? How can I extend my privacy..? I am very thoughtful girl and I love friends very much but I deal matters very carefully. Boys can play any tunes with thoughtless and careless girls but not with careful girls. A boy needs a girl in the field of friendship for his sexual desires and then it is he who drops the girl out into an unsafe situation.
