I Wish....

There are secrets I will never tell about my fears;
For if I do my eyes will start to swell with tears

There are things I wish would never happen, but they will;
I wish I could just make time stand still

I wish the pain would go away;
And someday it may

I wish my heart would stop hurting;
And I could stop bleeding

I wish I could move on with my life;
But I hold so much strife

Maybe someday I'll get who I want;
Until then it remains a taunt
