Angel

An angel from above falls in grace,
With the stunning resemblance of a heavenly face

A soul that is pure and bursting with beauty,
Gives the heart a sense of duty

A spectrum of light is given off by a face,
That leaves one speechless and simply amazed

Soft golden hair glides in the wind,
Shimmering like the sun on a thousand diamonds

Sound from tender lips, softly calms all fears
Yielding a harmony, lightly caressing the ears

Divine is the touch from a being of such bliss
Conveying a gentle sensation one can only miss

Charming brown eyes offer a soothing gaze
Bestowing the feeling of a peaceful daze

Unquestionable love resides in my heart so deep
For the angel that rests upon my shoulder and drifts asleep
