A REWARD

by Brix Ambray   Sep 3, 2010

I like you, you don't like me
I love you, you love somebody
When I met you, its worth a smile,
You have me, but you said goodbye.

I offered happiness, you gave loneliness
You had choose someone that you thing is the best
The world changed, I don't know what to do
I thought its the right time to let go.

Things went wrong for both of you,
You broke up, its nice to know
I still wish that you will be happy
I am hopeful that you will love me.

Still you question my intentions
And you think its just pretention
Everything that's been said and done,
I swear I did it not just for fun.

Even if you choose another guy,
And that would mean another goodbye
Although you think I'm not the one,
I appreciate you more than anybody can.

You thought me that love is life a game.
I'm still a loser yet I deserve to win
Every little thing in love is fair
I think you get the bigger share.

I want you to hold on, I don't know why
I'm still holding on until now
Think I'm waiting in vain,'twas so hard
Tell me babe, is it worth a reward?
