The Key To My Lonely Heart, You Have It.

by MikaMad15   Sep 12, 2010

Whispers and crinkles of the face.
Have never been so out of place.
But this time, right now.
Inside my heart is pure.
I know, somehow,
Nothing else could get me past this.
A moment of truth,
A moment where I do not feel dread.

I used to count the days,
Before I'd have to see you,
Again.
The hours you held me in your arms,
I used to spend crying.
Are now mended, by you.
If I could ever change a thing,
The only thing I would change
Is meeting you a little earlier.

I wouldn't care if I was poor or rich,
Nothing could possibly beat my relationship with you.
I can't imagine my life without your voice,
Your touch, your smile.
Without you, I think I would die.

And if winds were the blow,
The trees begin to flow.
I wouldn't ever say my goodbyes to you.
For you are mine, I am yours.
Forever, two hearts but we are one.
