Something New

This beauty I've stumbled upon
Is just so simple and real
She comes as easy as breathing
She makes me sure of what I feel

She makes my heart pound and dip
My mind race without a care
My butterflies flutter with no destination
But it all seems more than fair

The things I've decided
and the choices I've made
Don't affect me how I thought they would

Maybe its from her eyes
The way they look into mine
How they're the perfect shade of green
How they always seem to shine

Or maybe it's the way she smiles
When I hold her so close
When I wish I knew what she was thinking
The things I want to know most.

How I wish I could show her everything
