Dying Love

by Beautiful Chaos   Dec 9, 2010

Swirling reds begin bathing the floor
Life silently creeps between my toes
Sweet, sticky warmth seeping over me
I was now a deadly sin

The wrath was epic
Anger wrapped in madness
A torrent of pent up emotion
Submerging life in death

Lying tongue, cut from a mouth
That once spoke of love
Through intoxicating lips
Laced with lustful poison

Bathing my blade of redemption
Dreams drip from my hands
Falling coldly to the floor
Forgotten, in my now simmering rage
