She's the other girl

by Willow   Jan 2, 2011

She was the lover
That's all she ever was
His heart belonged to his wife
He would never be hers
He would reach for her
And she would give herself up
He would get what he needed
Then turn away
They kept it a secret
Because he was greedy
He wanted them both
But his wife never knew
It drove her crazy waiting for him
But she could never say no
He made her feel important
Even if she was only the other girl
She would cry for him
Wishing he would be hers
She began to love him
Craving his need for her
It got hot and risky
Yet neither of them cared
He had needs
She was in love
She was crazy for him
His ego just grew
He used her for all her worth
Until she ran thin
It all took its toll
Taking her down the wrong road
She no longer did anything
But wait for his call
She became a shell
But he never cared
He was getting what he wanted
She should have been grateful
She only existed for him
That's why it hit her so hard
He just stopped
No reason, not even a goodbye
Her world crumbled
She needed him to survive
But she heard nothing
He had cut all ties
She struggles on now
Thinking of him everyday
If he ever returns
She will fall at his feet
