I love the here's too kinda stuff, it's always interesting to me to see how people do them. But the first two lines didn't rhyme and that threw me, I wasn't for sure if it was suppose to be like that. But then a few lines down where here's to the heartbreak, that didn't rhyme either. So the flow kinda lost me. If it's a certain form of poem, you might want to put that somewhere. But it had a strong ending. I loved the Life goes on. Very true.
