Pitty the damned

by Brandon Lee   May 1, 2011

I have been hurt before and wounded deeply.
Only now and I broken completely.
I was left defiled and broken, consumed by lies.
All of this have I been told will heal with time.
I thought she was my soulmate like a glove she perfectly fit.
Cursed is the ground she walks upon for my tears have covered it.
I know that living doesn't mean your alive.
Dead is a man that has this life.
Overwhelmed by confusion, anger, and pain.
Feeling as though his whole life was in vain.
Anxiously awaiting, awaiting the day.
When he might stand again and cast it all away.
Wanting only to fix it all and knowing no one can.
Yes pitty this fool, for he is damned.
