Storybook Night

by Renegade Angel   May 26, 2011

Night is a time of peacefulness, and harmony.
Day is sunshine, pleasant and sunny, but nights are filled with just as much fun as the day.
From seeing my friends all around town and stopping for a friendly chat to seeing empty, peaceful parks and fields.
All peaceful and where my imagination lies
When the cool breeze wisps my hair into a slight frenzy or when I look at the stars and see other worlds.
Imagine all different types of stories that could be told
Night is my time for fun with my friends and family, and I don’t mean anything like demolishing things and screaming like a crazed maniac,
though the last one is entertaining when you have your friends, and a place to run and laugh like no one can hear you, dance until your legs give.
Sing so spontaneous, that you feel the ring in your ears; but to just be yourself in peaceful bliss of a zephyr.
Night is also when I think of the unthinkable, like having supernatural speed, running through the midnight woods.
Wearing a white flowing gown and standing tall against the sun setting horizon.
Having a smile while you speed into the night, praying daylight won’t overlook the earth.
Night is also simpler, calmer; a time to think, a time to sleep, a time to dream, a time to think about the next night to come.
