How can i prove?

How can i prove my words to you are true?
How can i explain what i feel for you?
You said words are just that,
They may be not true.
You don't want to get hurt.
But how can this dork prove it to you?
If there would be a way for you to read my mind,
You would know what i dream inside.
Understand and know for sure,
That i clearly cherish you.

But this is all a dreamers dream.
I understand you have your doubts.
I just don't know what else to do
And its driving me right through.
I guess time will only tell my truth
Tell beyond doubt how real i am about you.
