Hiding behind the smile
covering up the pain
i don't want to cry now
but sometimes it's got to rain
I know that I've already lost you
but I'm still gonna fight
and since I'm always lonely
I'll cry myself to sleep at night

    Very nicely written - short and to the point.
    Nice use of metaphor and rhyme.
    Great flow.
    I can definitely relate - though who wouldnt?!
    But we must also remember to show our true emotions even if it raises unwanted questions or attention. In the long run, talking it out actually can help and its better to have sorted things out asap then try to deal with it on out own only to endure the pain and tears for longer..
