I Can't Help Staring

by Morgan Bounds   Jun 3, 2011

When I walk to Spanish class, and I see you come down the stairs
My heart skips a beat, as I get to see your beautiful black hair

I try to thumb wrestle with you whenever I can
Just because it gives me an excuse to hold your hand

And with you, I love to have staring contests
Because when it comes to pretty eyes, yours are the best

You have almond shaped eyes, and a nose that is very flat
But I have come to love features like that

Whenever we are in the same room, I can't help but stare; no matter what I do
Because to me, the most beautiful person in the world is you
