Nothing Like You

by Arabella   Jun 4, 2011

She walks down the hall
and all the guys stare
I walk down the same hall
and nobody cares.
She sits in class with
every person watching
I sit in the same class, but
in the corner just minding my business
She's always talking,
I'm always quiet.
I'm in yearbook,
she's in choir.
She sings like an angel
and I take pictures
Its like every day
them watching her
nobody caring about me.
So you could say its a
normal thing,
happens on a regular basis.
My friends wonder why I
never do anything
about it.
I'd honestly have
to say I don't know.
I'm a bookworm and
she's a prom queen,
I have friends but
she has many more.
Some things don't change
but others do.
I've finally realized
I don't want to be like you.
