Trust

by Ashley Lewellin   Jun 9, 2011

You laugh in her face when she asks
You about another girl...

You denie the phone calls and text
To your phone...

When she asks about another number
You call her names and make a scene...

Even though you know she has caught
You, still you refuse to admit the truth...

She's tired of being hurt and fed up
With the lies...

Tired of the fights and all the nights
She cries...

She leaves you there alone with confusion
On your face...

As she turns her head and looks back
At her past she slowly says, "Sorry I couldn't trust you enough to be with you."...
