Romeo & Juliet

by Juliet   Jul 14, 2011

He compares himself to Romeo and I his Juliet
And we've created memories we'll both never forget
But in this tragic love story things are so much different
From forbidden love and foolishness
Romeo oh Romeo where for art thou?
If only they knew you're locked away unreachable to me
Juliet, yes I am, and unable to feel your touch
And this love story is beginning to be a little bit too much
Romeo I miss you so I really do
These scars along my frail arms are memorants of a once you
So I plaster this scarlett letter all along my skin
I hope that you understand
This blood dripping from my veins just shows how much we both sin
And Romeo I know we both are far from perfect
They tell us that we cannot be
But truly its them that do not see
They can try as they may to keep us far apart
But you and I both know, no one can shield a loving heart
I write to you my Romeo every single day
I wait for you I long for you
I remember the things you used to say
I know that someday you will return to me
On stallion back with melodies
Til then I lock myself away in this castle of memories
And await the day you'll rescue me...
I know it will be a long time until then
But when love is the biggest factor of all
I will wait as long as it takes
I will wait forever for you to come because there will be a happy ending...
At least if only for a little while
Romeo oh Romeo
And Juliet thine so dear
We'll fight for one another, wait for one another
Because nothing is more brutal than giving up
When we are meant for each other...
