I love you.

by BrokenWingAng3L   Aug 5, 2011

From corner to corner,
I smile as happily as can be
With dimples deep and firm
And cheeks painted rosy red--

I start to close my eyes,
The world slowly to a stop
Thump thump, faster my heart pumps,
A familiar phrase I hear--

With its course of pains and sorrows
This little organ never cease to hope
It strengthens each and every time
It rejuvenates with a simple touch--

My thoughts are jumping to places
Yet only focused on one,
Because when they doubt themselves
I stop and think of none--

Death is nothing but a grain of sand
Rocky roads can be walked with a hand,
Tears are not for when I'm blue
But when you turn and say

I love you.
