You penned a quite heartfelt poem here. It's obvious that the speakers loves the person this is directed to wholeheartedly. I think the last stanza sums it all up once more. Well done.

Shows that there the most important thing in your life & that you feel so happy and so loved to have finally found them and loved your life. Great job,the emotion just flows out and its such a good poem,like i said you're an amazing writer(:
