Aw girl, this is so touching.
Trying so hard to not break his heart but wanting him to always remember the memories. Letting him know your love is true, but that you just can't do it anymore.

Very good and hear felt with true emotions at time its flow was a little off

This is pretty good. good emotion. very overwhelming and sad. but its in more of a story format instead of stanzas. awesome poem
