You left me yesterday
Just on a short weekend trip
Didn't think of it all
Or how much my heart would drip

Three days that I don't have
Seventy-Two hours I can count too
Doesn't seem like much
Though it is for I just miss you

I wonder if you know that
Be the first time since we met
That I cant say Good Morning.
I just miss you so don't forget

Not a moment passes that
Your not on my mind
As each second clicks by
I just miss you

When you get back
Unwinding from your roam
Under your pillow
This poem is in your home

I know you think it is
All silly and sweet of me
But I just want you to really know
I want you to really see

While you were gone
And while you were away
I just missed you so much
Every second of every day
