One vs. Two

Better to be one
than exist in two
knowing taste of fun
than
risking time in blue;

Realising tempting stories
or posing yourself worries
choice is yours -
not mine!
between what's hellish or divine;

But I know, some fall into snare -
claws of second half,
feeling annoyance
AND despair,
in which you're totally engulfed!

Though I can't help anyone
forewarning you, that's all
before you're woebegone,
my friend,
and world around would fall
