My Lost Love

by Raymond Reyes   Dec 11, 2011

I met her two summers ago.
How her hair flowed from the top
of her head to her shoulders like
an angel flying to heaven. How
her eyes looked when she saw
me, they were like two big beautiful
jewels that god created. And when
I looked at her face, her smile
so beautiful that i could stare
at it for hours. And when she
talked to me, her romantic voice
sounded like an angel's singing
in heaven. I wish god gave this
cursed man the power to tell her
he loves her and that she is his one and only.
She's gone now but I won't forget her
cause she dwells in my mind
all day and all night. I love you
my lost love till the ends of time.
