Just Keep Walking

by YourWorstDream   Dec 18, 2011

Just keep walking.

When he says he loves you,
Just keep walking.

When he says your his world,
Just keep walking.

Don't let him take who you really are.
Don't let him cloud your thinking.

He preys on the niave,
And he waits in the shadows,
Waiting to pounce.

He has a knife,
for one purpose only.
To cut out your heart,
That you were too smart to give him.

So just keep walking,
Even when he pretends to beg.

When he says you are the only one for him,
Just keep walking.

Ignore the throb of your heart for him,
Do not give into his smile.
You know that he will hurt you,
So don't even stay a little while.

Your better off without him.
Even you know that you are.

So do the best thing you can do.
So just keep walking.
