Love is like an Oak tree

by Ole Carsten   Dec 19, 2011

Our love
Is like a small oak tree
Small and green
The roots dig down in soil of love
Nursed from kisses
Growing in care and warm care
The leafs are shaken from a quarrel
Like a storm bending the tree

Our love grows
In to a greater passion
Roots sinking in the soil
Nursed by strokes
Growing like a big smile
Let us take good care
And the love will last forever

Thanks for your nice comments and yes the words covers my skills but not my ideas and dreams, after all I am a native Dane, and it gives unfortunately some or lots of limitations

This piece is creative and a simple, nice read. The word choice is also simple, yet it brings together a wonderful piece. I think it is a great piece with your voice wrapped inside to add some extra originality. Fantastic job. 5/5
