When I look into your eyes
I see a thousand beautiful lakes
Overflowing with love
A love that flows out
Into my heart
A love so pure
And everlasting
That a million days from today
When our touch can no longer be felt
Our voice no longer be heard
When all that we are is no more
My love for you will be a legend
The legend of a love
That young lovers dream of
That men swear of
That is
My love for you.

    This is a very beautiful poem. I love the idea of a thousand beautiful lakes - as if one wasn't enough to describe her 

    There is so much love that can be felt in this poem. It looks like that you have written from your heart so I believe that is the best possible thing we can do as writers.
