Wow, wasn't expecting an ending like it, what a powerful way to close a poem. The scene is so graphic and it creates a sense of sadness for me because you have wrote about how you hide your emotions because people who don't hide them draw negative attention. These people get misunderstood and also judged because of their feelings and how they cope.

I adore your opening stanza where I can relate to the tears being held like a prisoner under your eyelids, but it is you who won't let them fall.

This poem carries a deep pain and a very powerful topic of the depression and stigma in society.
