The Perfect Stranger

by Marino Vilano   Jan 19, 2012

Growing up i was told not to talk to strangers,
For people i didn't know were nothing but danger.
Growing up i learned true love is hard to find,
For a girl will break my heart, soul, and mind.

I can't explain to you how or why we met,
All i know that it was destiny, it was kismet.
We were two perfect strangers,
Yet it feels like I've known you forever.

You came into my life, Or maybe the other way,
But whatever the case, Its perfect either way.
If i could go back in time, I'd do it all the same,
Starting with a hi, may i know your name.

A conversation with you is like talking with God,
You make my heart skip a beat, my world just stops.
You run across my mind, all day and all night,
I think of you so much, I just want to rhyme.

This goes to you my Perfect stranger,
The most amazing girl I've been waiting for,
We were two strangers that were put on each others path,
And i hope one day to see you face to face, and hold your hand.

Your smile makes me have butterflies,
Your so perfect, I can't even deny.
I hope to one day call you mine,
Till then please just hold on tight<3

This goes out to my wife, and how i felt when we first met. I love you so much babe, you are the best:)
