Beating Heart

by Jesaja Sowers   Jan 30, 2012

The beating of my heart
save crying babies,
pull girls closer
makes them smile,
The beating of my heart
Can devour the land,
No won to love me
Hold my hand
Take my wrist cut it twice
Gash my neck twice or thrice
Just thinking of it,
makes me cry although
it just hurts
to say goodbye,
Could I tell her
yes or no
can I trust her
yes or no
its not the way it's not the truth
Shake me down to a midnight booth
My beating heart is for her
if she'd break it
it would dis earn,
My beating heart
it sure can purr
My beating heart....... beats for her
