Something written in that book

~Colab~ By: Marcus A. Blake & Derrick Merdy

.So much of your love is transparent, its lazy...

You can't see that you've given up cause the music wont stop playing

You stuck in that moment from our past years

But where no longer foolish kids running after one another

Open your eyes for me...

I had no idea when I first saw you that the two of us would become lovers, or perhaps I should say, that we would be making love.

With one smile you caught me, but I was willing to be caught... for a while I would escape the feeling of free-fall.

Books keep stories and lore's alike, the everlasting remnants of people

Feelings that purged a lamented mind thought to be lost

I've wander these shadows so long I've at times become fond of it

There's no place other than this place for me, it is my home

Yet I can never forget about you and those feelings

Just like the stories written in those books

They read about us, we could not separate, nor could we fuse as one, but when you broke, I too was lost. I lay dying on a bed. Laying on a bed, waiting for the soft touch of a woman. The touch of fingers with a ring on them that would gently close my eyes

This life is too painfully, to mellow, to mundane to live without you

Could you ever leave me with no words, fingers slipping though fingers

Words stumbling on top of one another, you never were honest

But I hide things too...

This is some form of love...

As your reading this now I assume Your somewhat sad, but I am glad...
