    Larry,

I love what you have written here. The title itself was brilliant. It made me think of how we have dreams but what happens after that?

All her dreams have come true"
Yet in the midst of this praise
her gaze lowers, she stays quiet,
for she knows that it's not true.
    ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
This makes me think that we have our dreams and some people may think that our dreams have come true (depending on how successful they see us)

The more successful they see us, the more they will think that we're living our lives the way we dreamed.

The last stanza reminds me that in our lives we are continuously dreaming and trying hard for our dreams to come true. And as always in life there are some hardships. A deep poem that has made me think of life!!!

    Well done!

Absolutely loved this... It so speaks of a womans heart & her desires in life ... and of course dreams, that as you have rightly said ~ Never end :))

So well worded and expressed, and yes life does "ever begin anew" :)

Looking forward to reading more of yours!

Success and having a good career isn't a dream came true. My father wants me to be a doctor, I want to write. When I get high marks this year, he will think that my dreams came true, only they didn't. I can relate to this write so much.

If only my father thought the same way you do!
    To my favorites.
