Greatest Gift

by Silverfox   Feb 8, 2012

It's like climbing a mountain
A race worth finishing
A taste of love
Embracing it for the first time

No more fog clouding my vision
No more hiding from my fear
I'm opening the door, expecting waiting
and he's there

His eyes so blue, icy icy fresh
His smile, worth a million dollars
His touch so rich and tender
I'm in love, I'm in love, I have fallin' in love

Winter, Summer, Spring and Fall
He's there, loving me, wanting me
His voice pulls me in wrapping me in his invisible wings
This angel in disguise has come to save me

I found love in this world full of hate
I always thought it was impossible
But here he is, with love just illuminating around him
To be called his girl is the greatest gift of all
