An extraordinary ordinary day

by Ole Carsten   Feb 13, 2012

An ordinary day, in speed and power
Quickly undressing have to shower
A morning with a fist full of sorrows
Now leaning under the water
Then no one can see my tears

A day filled with worries, not showing
I am sure my happy face prevent showing
A soul collapsed in heavy burden
Just one to blame for being naive
Even I had promised myself, not to ever

I am good at promises outwards
But for myself, no, inwards
I stink, even under the hot tap
From now months in pitty
Not showing anyone, have to hide
My loves defeat
