"There is a reason inside every poem"

That one stands out so much in my eyes,
It's so true! There is a reason inside every poem just as things happen for a reason.

Arising my veins, tensing my muscles

    Wow Chels! Amazing. Loved it.

There is a rush in my bloodstream
Arising my veins, tensing my muscles
as I grab the pen and paper
that will hug the most affectionate words

    ^Epic stanza.
I think raising my veins is what you're after though. Or "rising in my veins".

There is a reason inside every poem
A reason I chose to write
It always leads back to two emotions
    that captivate my every thought-
    Love and hope

^Wow. A great feeling of awe overcame me as I read the final stanza.

Not sure if you want "chose", since it's the past tense of "choose". Either works, but the meaning is slightly different. "chose" seems to indicate that you're either done writing, or that you are refering to a specific poem that you wrote at some point ."choose" indicates that you mean any of your current or future writing.

All in all, a grand experience to read this one. Thank you for writing it.

Wow, this poem is so sweet! I love it and I love the inspiration. The title caught my eye, and I really like the meaning of this poem.

I love how inside your heart this is love and hope, and how you mention that in the first and last stanza. It was cyclical and was a nice touch.

I love how you expressed yourself in this poem. I really enjoyed your metaphors and descriptions.

    Love this stanza:

There is a rush in my bloodstream
Arising my veins, tensing my muscles
as I grab the pen and paper
that will hug the most affectionate words

    >> amazing! Well done hon :)
