    He is a dampened dale
waiting for the sun to shine upon him; lurking
around to catch ours. He is a vinous Winter
waving to a funeral, stealing blood
from vessels, souls from books and hours
from time. He feel triumphant, like a
    remorseless lover.
    ^^
    this is my fav stanza:)

    LooooooooL Noura :)

    Poetry, sometimes, is a killer
yet have we ever bled? We rather felt.
I admit that poetry is a kidnapper whenever
    we are the victims

    ^ holy shit!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I never expected that it was gonna be about this d***head.

lol.. I think he will take this, without knowing (if you didn't leave the footnote) that it was about him..

this is perfect, Noura..!!! love it

    Noura,

    I love this....

I had to laugh when I reached the footnote...too true, he has good taste in what's perfection

Never would have guessed it would be about him... so creative, it really fits his persona

    OH MY!!!

As soon as I read the title I had this inkling that you were talking about our dearest Yunes, as soon as I read it, I knew I was right!!!

I simply love this piece but the funny thing is even if he reads it, and wants to take it, he will probably end up changing the line at the bottom where you say "This is for you yunes" and change it to another name. At least he gets the poem on the site as well as people not thinking it was meant for him lol

This poem blew me away and I simply loved what you have written. I love the whole poetry is a killer and that we have felt not bled. Also the pirating perfection - BRILLIANT LINES.

    Such a good write hun!!!

    LOVED IT

I wanted to vote on this one last week, so I am glad it rolled over to this week. Poetess in all of her charms never ceases to add attitude in a sweet way, and this is one of those times. A lot of us on pnq are hurt or frustrated by the recent plagiarism going on by someone who was a "friend" to some. It's discouraging to see nothing being done about it, but Poetess' poem to flat call him out is something that should be seen on the front page, especially since our little stealer likes to take front page poems. She questions so much in the poem that makes you delve into the idea of a poem a little more, ringing true how personal a poem really is to a person, so that when someone steals it, it's a violation into our minds. I love the in your face boldness of this poem as well.. the metaphors are chilling, and I would hate to have such written of me. Hopefully this person can be stopped.
