I hate you

by Banell   Apr 9, 2012

This love-spell, i hate
makes me weak
and vulnerable much

this blurred aim to resist
her radiant charms,
was finally lost

Heart became swollen
like a bread
thrown in water

and love began solely
to subject
the mind to hunger

why do you subdue me
to needless emotion?

Why do i crave for you
when i know you're just an illusion?

Like a wick upon a wound
You drain my heart into you

And i fell more into her than i should
then my being, you split in two

I hate you so much
Cos she's my achilles' heel
I hate you much more
cos without her, I'm incomplete

I hate the guts you gave her
the control she never deserved
and that absolute assurance
that she owns my heart

I hate you, love
I hate you as much as i love her
how could you make me trip over
And fall helplessly, into her love-sack.
