I like how it starts out sad and sort of depressing but then becomes happy and positive in the end. Interesting twist.

I have to say this was an interesting poem. Feally liked the story that was told her and it came out nicely. Great job. :) I think you might have one little typo. I think you meant heart instead of hart.
