You Changed My Life

I met her when we were six
she was standing alone next to a
really weird tree
I remember she was a bit sad cuz'
there was nobody to play with her, so I went there and asked if she wants to play with me.

Since that day,we got inseparable.

Ten years has passed
Now we're both 16, talking about ours dreams and the future in front of us.

We plan on going to university together
and she says that she has to be the
godmother of my first kid and If i don't
invite her to my wedding
she's going to be so pissed.
I say that is way too soon to think about that,
but she enjoys making these kinda plans.

She knows all my secrets and all my fears.
In the middle of a dark stormy night,
and in the gloomy and lonely days,
She's the one who calls to check if I'm ok, she's the one who talks with me and makes all the pain go away.
If I'm depressed or just feeling bad she'll come with a bunch of stupid jokes just to make me laugh.

She makes this funny little music while knocking the door.
She likes dancing and singing out loud.
We stay talking for hours about the most stupid things.

She makes my world be a little better just for knowing that she's my best friend and that is what forever she'll be.
