What an opening!!! I love the image of Tuscan night. It makes me think of the movie "Under The Tuscan Sun" which is one of my favs. It looks like such a beautiful place that I would love to visit.

I love how you have used the words Gondala's. I've never been on one but I stayed at the Venetian in Las Vegas where they had the Gondola rides at the hotel and it looked beautiful. Unfortunately I didn't get on the boat but it looked amazing. I am getting such beautiful images and lovely memories from reading your poem and I'm only up to the third stanza.

Oh the ending is beautiful, this is so poetic and lovely, really. I am enjoying this piece completely.

This poem should come with two tickets to Italy! :) It made me want to go to Italy so much more than I already do lol. This was such a fun poem to read and I like how you incorporated Italy into it so easily. This was just seeping with cuteness! Although there were no tickets involved...I did feel like I was in Italy because you did a great job to create the scene with your flawless use of imagery. Nicely done!
