You said You'd love me until the end, you broke my heart when you said let's be friends.'
I knew it was coming fast and soon, I thought about a break and so did you.
You said you'd call if I didn't cry, I knew I couldn't but it was worth a try.
We talked for an hour then I had to go, I started crying I just didn't let you know.
We'll still be friends so I'll be fine,

Tomorrow's the last middle school dance, I don't want to go but I'll give it a chance.
We had a great school year together, but last night ended "Jason and Heather."
I know I still have my whole life ahead I just thought we'd last by some of the letters I read.
