Beauty and the Beast

by Slaughtered Pixie   Jun 26, 2012

My head's in the clouds.
I'm riding on a star.
I'm mixed in something beautiful.
I'm lost.

Elusive. Different. Loyal.
The butterfly arrived.

Where did all this water come from?
I'm in the air.
Floating sweetly in the wind.
Confessions of a waterfall.

Truth. Rebellion. Pride.
I'm flying.
I'm flying.

Time?
There is no definition of time.
No perception of minutes, hours, days.
Only the sun.
Only the moon.
To rise and fall each day...
As my heart does so often.

I plea.
I drift.
I fall.

Water in my hands.
Soil beneath my feet.

But I can't find the ground.
I can't see the mountain.
No rocks to find.
Only a sigh...
A breath.

Longing.
Loving.
Soaring.

How could it be?
A vessel so lost.
A vase so broken.
No ocean nor sea nor river.

Bring the rain upon me.
Grace me with forgiveness.
Grant me tranquility...
Peace.
Bring me back to earth.

With teared up eyes I'll rejoice.
Silently, in my heart.
With the power of three, to six, to nine...
An energy of truly divine purity.

A waterfall.
A rock.
A crab...

The ruby.
The diamond.
The rose.

Love.

Beauty and the beast.
